President Trump, in the past day or so, has lashed out with varying degrees of severity, at Iran, Israel, Australia, UC Berkeley, and indirectly at Russia. This is unsettling (except in the case of UC Berkeley, which I applaud). Perhaps it is meant to be unsettling, and the constant alternation of the "carrot" and the "stick" is how the commander-in-chief advances his agenda.
